Lee Farm has the facilities of several rooms within the farmhouse used on a Bed & Breakfast basis. The farmhouse has direct access from the road with good gravelled and secure parking area at the side and front of the property. The parking area is well lit in the dark by spotlights directed onto the house. Access from this area is gained via the conservatory door with a 830mm effective opening width (approx) and three shallow (10mm) steps and a door thresh.
Internally the farmhouse has large amounts of circulation space, good colour and tone contrast and a good mix of both natural and domestic light giving a light and airy feel. The large dining room has good space, good colour and tone contrast and lots of light from two windows and domestic lighting. The guests lounge has good space, good colour and tone contrast and lots of light from both natural and domestic lighting. All bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed via a shallow curved staircase with 15 easygoing steps. The stairs are supported by a solid handrail to the right(ascending). Bedrooms have either en-suite or private facilities, however it is recommended that in order to give added support for guests hand rails be fitted to all showering/bath areas. An additional shower room can be available on the ground floor. All bedrooms are spacious with good colour & tone contrast and good lighting. Summary
